Move-out cleaning includes deep cleaning of all living spaces in your home. Additional areas like balconies, garages, or storage spaces are not included but can be added separately. Contact us to book cleaning of additional areas with your move-out service.

We dust all walls as part of our general cleaning service. However, we cannot remove stains or spots that require special treatment beyond dry dusting. For stubborn stains, additional services may be needed.

Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning products and materials for an additional fee added to your invoice. This includes everything needed for both move-out cleaning and window cleaning services.

Absolutely! Please inform us beforehand so we can plan accordingly. We will clean all accessible areas according to our move-out cleaning standards, but we won't move or clean furniture and objects left in the home.

Of course! You receive a five (5) day quality guarantee on your move-out cleaning. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 5 days and we'll make it right.

Move-out cleaning is billed after the service is completed. You'll receive your invoice approximately 2 weeks after we've finished cleaning your home.
